    I literally just left Land Rover and had the worst experience for the 2nd time. Left my car there for two weeks, with out them providing me a loaner might I add, to only come back, drive my car for 1 mile and it literally breaks down again! So this time I come back, I clearly hear air coming out of the truck, Yet they sent me off in a broken car! But that’s not it. After them having my car for two weeks and me having to leave it AGAIN, he tells me he Still can’t provide me a loaner car. I have NEVER been treated this way by Land Rover before. I own a business that Was so great, Buffalo wanted us to relocate to stimulate this economy and this is the treatment I receive. I have never felt so belittled in my life. Disgusting behavior by Jim and unacceptable. We don’t spend $100,000 on these cars to get treated like we don’t own them by the service workers. Horrible service
