  I never write reviews but felt compelled to as I planned on not visiting this store based on the negative rating.
  I decided to stop in out of pure convenience and the fact it was on the same side of the street I was on. Given the comments i was taken back on how good the customer service was compared to most establishments. There store was very well staffed and each of the half dozen employees made a point of saying a genuine hello. I was also given prompt, professional service from a very competent salesperson and also told my son's helmet would be fine for another season (when the could have easily upsold me).
  For anyone thinking of not going I would certainly recommend giving them a chance as I had a much better experience than expected (and definitely better than the shop from last year i chose not to return to based on a completely opposite outcome).
