    My contract with Second to None for 2016-2017 was for driveway plowing and shoveling of the walkway and in front of my garage. For the first three snowfalls in December, Second to None only plowed and did not perform the rest of their contracted services. Because they had violated the contract three times in the same week I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund. I also hired a different company to plow. The owner, John G., said he would mail a refund. A few weeks later, they plowed my driveway, so I sent a message to John G. telling him they were trespassing at this point and asked where my refund was. He said it was being processed and would be sent shortly. Three months later - still no refund.
