  3 years ago, I got a new job and bought a car with Joe. It was my first car over $500, and Joe helped me find a car that is still running strong at my price point.
  
  After 3 years, I went back. I wanted to keep my current car for my Lady and get something newer for myself. I checked in with Joe a few months early and we talked about options. We made a plan and when the time was right, Joe sent me links to just the right selection.
  
  After a few very nice picks, we struck gold with a car that was significantly below my price point with mileage so low it was likely on it's second oil change.

  The sales consultant who assisted us, Patsy, was a very genuine and sporty woman. Always business oriented to match the customer’s expectations and at the same time, has a great laughable and charismatic personality. She showed so much care and appreciation to us as a customer and provided us with the best value for our trade. This is the second time that friends and relatives of ours have gone back to this West Herr Toyota branch and both times service by Patsy. Definitely makes buyers want to come back and do business with them based on Patsy’s integrity.
